Motion to Continue
Defense attorneys: when filling out the online motion to continue, you must include your defendant’s name. However, when asked to enter the defendant’s email, enter your own email address. This allows the defendant’s name to be populated into the form. The defendant will not actually have to sign the form. After the form is fully signed, it will be emailed back to the attorney. You must click “finish” once you have received the form signed by Judge Davis to complete the motion.
