ADA COMPLAINTS
Individuals with disabilities who believe they have been discriminated against with
regard to access to services, programs, or activities may file a complaint with the Judicial
Administrator at:

Upon receipt of a complaint, the Judicial Administrator shall review
the complaint, notify the Chief Judge and propose a resolution.
The approved resolution shall then be communicated with the complainant.

ADA NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY
It is the policy of the Fourteenth Judicial District Court to comply with all relevant and applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Title II. The 14th Judicial District Court will upon request and with five (5) business days advance notice provide reasonable accommodation to any person with a disability wishing to attend at no cost to the individual.
